Abstract: TEMA: o grupo na Fonoaudiologia. OBJETIVOS: revisar pesquisas envolvendo a efetividade de abordagens grupais na Saúde Coletiva, mais especificamente na Fonoaudiologia e na Psicologia, na realidade brasileira. CONCLUSÃO: em todos os relatos de caso o grupo foi a forma eficaz e eficiente de intervenção, em função de seus pressupostos teóricos consistentes.
