O Ensino De Historia E Cultura Afro-Brasileira: Usos E Compreensões Da Lei 10.639/03

In the academic sphere, the debate on the elaboration of specific and differentiated teaching materials for indigenous peoples has been frequent in order to break their invisibility in the context of school education. In order to investigate how this debate permeates the works defended in graduate programs in Brazil, and seeking answers on how this scientific production is configured, an exploratory and descriptive research was carried out, with bibliometric and content approaches. Data were collected at the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD/IBICT) using the expressions “indigenous teaching materials” and “indigenous teaching books”, which resulted in dissertations (n=29) and theses (n=3). The bibliometric analysis of the works revealed the temporal evolution (1996-2018), the institutions (n=17), geographic regions (n=5) and areas of the graduate programs (n=11). The content analysis exposed the objectives (n=4); the typology of teaching materials (n=8); the levels of education (n=2), the disciplines (n=5) and the ethnic groups (n=42) to which these teaching materials are destined. It was concluded that although important, there are still few graduate studies that have accepted the challenges and complexity inherent in the elaboration and analysis of specific didactic materials in the context of indigenous school education. This requires a more critical look at the representation and participation of indigenous peoples in the preparation of these materials.

O objetivo deste artigo foi efetuar uma revisão integrativa de literatura sobre as estratégias de enfrentamento do racismo na escola. Foi realizada uma busca nas bases de dados SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online), PePSIC (Periódicos Acadêmicos em Psicologia) e Periódicos CAPES, utilizando os descritores “racismo”, “preconceito racial”, “escola”, “educação”, “combate” e “enfrentamento”. O banco final foi constituído por 20 documentos e os temas mais frequentes nos artigos foram: Lei 10.639/03 e formação docente. Foi constatada pouca produção acerca de temas relacionados a questões raciais e educação infantil. Com relação ao enfrentamento, a maioria dos artigos enfatizavam a importância da formação docente e a Lei 10.639/03 como estratégias para o combate do racismo na escola. Foi verificado que os estudos sobre essa temática precisam se expandir, pois as discussões são importantes para aprofundar o tema e o compartilhamento dos recursos utilizados podem contribuir para o enfrentamento do racismo na escola.

Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar as teorias do médico e criminologista Cesare Lombroso e vincular sua influência às práticas racistas que ocorreram em larga escala no Brasil, a fim de melhorar a educação, a política e o campo econômico. Os métodos utilizados neste trabalho serão bibliográficos e de registro, buscando destacar as ideias de especialistas no campo da criminologia e a discriminação de minorias étnicas no Brasil. Na conclusão principal, é necessário formular políticas profundas de ação de igualdade de direitos para resolver os problemas causados por processos históricos e teorias bem planejadas de eugenia e racismo.
