O compósito ZrO2-Al2O3 para aplicação como implante odontológico

Abstract: No presente trabalho, a influência da temperatura e do tempo de sinterização no desenvolvimento microestrutural e propriedades de compósitos cerâmicos à base de ZrO2-Al2O3 foram estudados, visando futura aplicação deste material como componente de sistemas de implantes dentários. Compósitos de ZrO2 com adições de 20% de Al2O3 foram misturados/moídos, compactados e, em seguida, sinterizados em temperaturas de 1500 ou 1600°C.
