Nuclear transfer in cattle using in vivo-derived vs. in vitro-produced donor embryos: Effect of developmental stage

Abstract: To determine the best developmental stage of donor embryos for yielding the highest number of clones per embryo, we compared the efficiencies of nuclear transfer when using blastomeres from morulae or morulae at cavitation, or when using inner‐cell‐mass cells of blastocysts as nuclear donors. Exaggerated anticipatory anxiety is common in social anxiety disorder (SAD). Neuroimaging studies have revealed altered neural activity in response to social stimuli in SAD, but fewer studies have examined neural activity during anticipation of feared social stimuli in SAD.
