Non-Candida Fungal Prosthetic Joint Infections

Abstract: Background: Fungal prosthetic joint infections (PJIs) are rare, especially those caused by non-Candida species. Treatment has not been fully elucidated, since a plethora of antifungal and surgical interventions have been proposed.
