Nível De Satisfação Dos Discentes De Administração Com Seus Cursos E Suas Ies

Abstract

The economic growth and globalization present in Brazil in the last decades has triggered in a considerable increase in the interest of students by courses of superior level in Administration in all the country. This research aims to measure the degree of satisfaction of students in administration with their courses and their IES in Mossoro, RN. For its realization, was used a questionnaire prepared by Mainardes and Domingues (2008), composed of 52 questions and divided into four attributes: Labour Market, IES, structure of IES and Course. 394 students of the course of administration of the four IES of city, two public and two private, participated in the survey. The data collected indicate that students, in general, are more satisfied with the attributes related to the Course and to the Labour market and less satisfied with the HEI and its physical structure. Additionally, through the Student t test, it was found that there is a significant difference in the level of satisfaction of students of public IES in relation to the students of private IES.
