“…11 Furthermore, it has been reported that abnormal expression of DR4 is also correlated with the prognosis of colorectal cancer 10 and lung squamous carcinoma cell patients. 25 Taken together, we speculate herein that NF1 might activate the membrane related DR4, and ultimately promote apoptosis of colorectal cancer cells. 23 Herein, we found that rs13278062 GT/TT genotypes increased DR4 expression by affecting the binding affinity of Sp1 and NF1 to the DR4 promoter in colorectal cancer cells.…”

“…24 NF1, however, was reported as a transcriptional activator. 25 Taken together, we speculate herein that NF1 might activate the membrane related DR4, and ultimately promote apoptosis of colorectal cancer cells. Regretfully, we observed an opposite result in DR4 protein levels in followed TMAs ISH assay.…”

“…U. unicinctus lives in U-shape burrows in the subtidal zone and has high nutritional and medicinal values, rapidly promoting its aquaculture [ 15 , 16 ]. Existing studies mainly focus on its nutritional components, medical value, and environmental tolerance [ 17 , 18 ]. However, there are few studies on U. unicinctus from the perspective of mechanics, which is the key to revealing the burrowing mechanisms in sands.…”

“…The Echiura worm Urechis unicinctus is a benthic organism inhabiting U-shaped burrows in the intertidal zone in China, Korea, and Japan, and is a delicious seafood with high nutritional value [ 28 ]. Previous researchers have revealed that U. unicinctus can metabolize and utilize environment sulfide, and exhibits a strong sulfide tolerance as well as surviving well in a sulfide-rich environment [ 29 , 30 , 31 , 32 , 33 , 34 , 35 ]. To better understand the composition characteristics of the HSP superfamily and the mechanism of HSP function in the sulfide tolerance of burrowing animals, we identified members of the HSP superfamily according to our whole genome data of U. unicinctus , and analyzed the evolutionary relationship of HSPs by comparing the genome data with closely related species.…”
