New scaling law for turbulent boundary layers with high surface mass transfer

Abstract: A fundamental understanding of the phenomena occurring in the turbulent boundary layer in the presence of surface blowing is limited, and considerable disagreements persist even in describing primary quantities, such as the boundary layer profile.
