This may be a dose-related effect, as our patient received a higher dose of lenalidomide (25 mg/d) to treat MM compared with the patient of Hoverson et al, 4 who was on lenalidomide therapy (10 mg/d) for agnogenic myeloid metaplasia. The predominance of lower extremity lesions could also support the possibility of an immune-complex-mediated process, favoring gravitationally dependent sites.…”
