Abstract: In neonates with symptomatic congenital CMV infection, a cranial CT scan is a good predictor of an adverse neurodevelopmental outcome. In addition, newborn clinical and laboratory findings did not predict neuroradiographic abnormalities in neonates with symptomatic congenital CMV infection.
