Neural network modeling of GaAs IC material and MESFET device characteristics

Abstract: This paper provides an overview of research focused on the utilization of neurocomputing technology to model critical in‐process integrated circuit material and device characteristics. Artificial neural networks are employed to develop models of complex relationships between material and device characteristics at critical stages of the semiconductor fabrication process. Exaggerated anticipatory anxiety is common in social anxiety disorder (SAD). Neuroimaging studies have revealed altered neural activity in response to social stimuli in SAD, but fewer studies have examined neural activity during anticipation of feared social stimuli in SAD.
