Nephrotisches Syndrom des Erwachsenenalters

Abstract: Im Rahmen einer retrospektiven Gemeinschaftsstudie über das nephrotische Syndrom des Erwachsenenalters wurden die Krankheitsgeschichten von 1307 Patienten aus 19 deutschen Universitätskliniken aus den Jahren 1936 bis 1967 ausgewertet. Bei der Aufschlüsselung nach der Grundkrankheit zeigte sich, daß dem nephrotischen Syndrom in 1001 Fällen (7.6,6°/o) eine Glomerulonephritis zugrunde lag.
