Neglecting model parametric uncertainty can drastically underestimate flood risks

Abstract: Floods drive dynamic and deeply uncertain risks for people and infrastructures. Uncertainty characterization is a crucial step in improving the predictive understanding of multi-sector dynamics and the design of risk-management strategies.
