Abstract:Hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O 2 ) is well-known oxidizing, bleaching agent and also one of the significant by-products of diverse regulating biological processes. It has been recognized as a threat in the progression of atherosclerosis, renal disease, ageing and other diseases. Hence, determination of H 2 O 2 in trace levels in biological samples is of great importance. This article briefly reviews the electrochemical detection method for hydrogen peroxide sensing, including the nanomaterial based enzyme-containing… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
