In the visual design of a portal website, color is the first intuitive factor for users. It is relatively difficult for the designer of a city portal website to choose a color system that represents a city’s unique color from among the many available options. Therefore, this study extracted a decision-making model of the urban color system, which can help decision-makers and designers choose among color systems, and then effectively design a portal website that conforms to local cultural attributes. The proposed method to solve the problem involved obtaining optimal color matching by performing weight analysis of colors through 123 sample color semantics, factor analysis, and a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Semantic analysis was used to classify colors into four categories of fashion, technology, calm, and dazzling. The fashion color matching scheme scored relatively high. Web page color matching schemes with a white background were popular, among which a white and green color matching scheme scored relatively high. At the same time, there are differences in color preferences between genders and cultures. This study is significant because it proposes a color decision model for portal websites, which provides a reference value that can also be applied to the selection of color schemes for other types of web pages in the future.

In digital interactive interfaces with high visual workloads, it is important for operators to allocate their limited attentional resources appropriately to ensure efficient information collection. The salience, effort, expectancy, value (SEEV) model, which combines top‐down and bottom‐up attention mechanisms for predicting attention allocation, has been validated in research areas such as piloting, driving, and surgical operations. However, the validity of the SEEV model in the field of robotic arm teleoperation has not yet been thoroughly studied. The primary purpose of this study was to confirm the feasibility of the SEEV model for operator visual attention allocation prediction in a robotic arm teleoperation scenario. The improved ITTI algorithm, distance‐measuring tool, Delphi method, and lowest ordinal algorithm were adopted to qualify the four factors of the SEEV model, which also contributed to salience and expectancy quantification methods. Accordingly, an attention allocation prediction model in a robotic arm teleoperation scene was constructed. To verify the validity of the prediction model, 20 participants were recruited to control the robotic arm using V‐REP simulation software, and their fixation durations were recorded using an eye tracker as an attention allocation indicator. Participants controlled the robotic arm according to the experimental requirements and operational tasks, such as grasping and placing the target. The results demonstrated that the theoretical data based on the SEEV prediction model are significantly related to the proportion of fixation durations. The experiment verifies the suitability of the SEEV prediction model, and it is anticipated to be utilized in the optimization of interactive interfaces for robotic arm teleoperation.

The stage of product modeling design implies a lot of complex tacit knowledge, which is the embodiment of the design concept centered on product modeling design and is also the hot spot and difficulty of modern design theory and method research. Aiming at the evaluation and decision of product modeling design scheme, a decision-making method of approaching ideal solution ranking based on grey relational analysis was proposed, which realized the convergence of tacit knowledge. The empty association rule is an important knowledge content of spatial data mining. A fuzzy genetic algorithm can solve the characteristics of random and nonlinear problems and solve the data mining problems of spatial association rules. The fuzzy genetic algorithm of discrete crossover probability and mutation probability is applied to data mining of spatial association rules in a spatial database, the coding method of the fuzzy genetic algorithm and the construction of fitness function are discussed, and the process of mining spatial association rules is given. The results show that the method of mining s association rules with the fuzzy genetic algorithm is feasible and has higher mining efficiency. This paper discusses the construction method of designing a decision support database based on linear regression and neural network and then proposes a decision method combining TOPSIS and grey relational analysis, which comprehensively considers the position and shape of the scheme data curve.
