Multidrug-resistant IgA Vasculitis with Gastrointestinal Symptoms Successfully Treated with Intravenous Cyclophosphamide and Maintained with Mycophenolate Mofetil
Abstract:We present the case of a 17-year-old woman with IgA vasculitis (IgAV) who presented with relapsing gastrointestinal (GI) symptoms that were refractory to glucocorticoid and combination therapy with cyclosporine A, azathioprine or mycophenolate mofetil (MMF).
