Motivational Interviewing: A Communication Tool to Promote Positive Behavior Change and Optimal Health Outcomes

Abstract: Motivational interviewing (MI) is a collaborative communication style that can be integrated into everyday practice to improve conversations and serve as a catalyst for behavior change.
