Abstract: Monoclonal antibodies were raised against membrane glycoproteins prepared from rat liver using lentil-lectin affinity chromatography. Monoclonal antibodies to rat hepatocytes with three different characteristics were obtained and designated as HAM.1, HAM.2 and HAM.3.
