The aim of this work was to analyse the effect of tandem repetitions in exon III of the DRD4 gene on the features of human decision‐making in a model of choosing tourist attractions by adult residents of China. The study included 380 subjects: 162 (42.6%) men and 218 (57.4%) women. The mean age of the subjects was 31.7 ± 3.32 years. As a result of the survey of subjects, 5 groups of motivations for choosing tourist attractions were identified, and the frequency of their use, including the identified combinations, was determined. Using the genotyping method, the frequency of DRD4 subtypes among the subjects was determined, and their relationship with the indicated attraction selection groups was studied. It has been established that there is a significant dependence of the frequency of choosing the attractors ‘relaxation’, ‘desire for novelty’ and ‘self‐realization’ and their combinations on the frequency of occurrence of the DRD4 2R, 4R and 5R+ subtypes in the study groups. A conclusion was made about the possible mechanism of the influence of manifestations of DRD4 subtypes on the choice of tourist attractors by implementing the neurophysiological influence of the genome on reducing the sensitivity of brain receptors to dopamine, which stimulates behaviours that compensate for the need for additional emotional influences. This work complements the existing knowledge about the impact of human innate properties on the characteristics of his behaviour and possible patterns of influence of human genotype variability on decision‐making and suggests further possible directions of research in this area.

Introduction:The ideas of humanistic education in the 1950s made significant changes in study of the components of health. Analysis of health indicators showed how the students are overwhelmed in their studies. The process of implementation of pedagogical technologies presupposes, first of all, an increase in professionalism in the field of physical education, which is impossible without the assimilation of various types of educational technologies by teachers. The aim of this article is generalisation of existing approaches and advanced scientific experience and their application in the study of athletes performance. Methods:The present study used analytical approach and the method of comparison. In the course of the study, 64 athletes aged 17-18 were tested. The article used analytical approach and the method of comparison.Results: It was found that rowers on kayaks improved their results in most indicators in all observed groups. At the same time, there were significant changes in physical fitness within each group. Discussion and conclusion:The scientific novelty of the study is due to the fact that the paper presents the general cardiorespiratory system from the side of all physical exercises, and rowing in particular. The practical implication of the study of health and fitness education provides the ability to identify personal health problems, the ability to notice the health-related needs of the family and people around, the willingness to make choices and decisions to ensure a healthy lifestyle.

The study aims to review the different systems of emergency care in North American, European, and Pan-Asian countries and to perform a comparative analysis of these modes of organisation. The emergency care systems of Kyrgyzstan, Germany, the United States of America, the United Kingdom, South Korea, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates were analysed, and it was determined that the Anglo-American and Franco-German model of emergency care is currently dominant in the world. The main difference with the system built in Kazakhstan is that ambulance brigades in the above countries consist of nursing staff, in these countries there is a double triage of patients at the stage of call and the stage of distribution of patients in the emergency department, and the last main difference is that the emergency department in Kazakhstan is organised based on an emergency room and does not include intensive care, dynamic observation, there is no diagnostic unit and palliative care unit. Another difference is the training of non-medical services in the comparison countries, such as police and firefighters, who have the necessary basic skills to provide emergency care. This study will help in the future to use foreign experience in the organisation of emergency care in the Republic of Kazakhstan, which may have a positive impact on the quality and speed of emergency care

Abstract: The majority of patients remain with an unidentified diagnosis, which is not detailed at the ultrastructural level, resulting in inadequate treatment and, as a consequence, low efficacy of pharmacotherapy and high mortality in this group of patients.
