Modelo de actividades para la caracterización de procesos de toma de decisiones no programadas enmarcadas en escenarios de negociación

Abstract: Resumen. La toma de decisiones (TD) es una trascendental habilidad en cargos de alta dirección organizacional. Allí, diferentes actividades ejercidas pueden ser comprendidas dentro del concepto de negociación, el cual tiene un estrecho vínculo con la TD.
