Mobilização de competências nas atividades profissionais dos egressos de um programa de formação e aperfeiçoamento

Abstract: Este artigo revela como os egressos do Programa de Formação e Aperfeiçoamento em Nível Superior do Banco do Brasil, mestres ou doutores, percebem a mobilização, nos cargos em que estão alocados, das competências desenvolvidas nos programas de pós-graduação onde obtiveram a titulação.
