1/mQ corrections to Bρlν decay and

Abstract: In the heavy quark effective field theory of QCD, we analyze the order 1/mQ contributions to heavy to light vector decays. Light cone sum rule method is applied with including the effects of 1/mQ order corrections. We then extract |V ub | from B → ρlν decay up to order of 1/mQ corrections.

“…The HQEFT can also simplify significantly the evaluation of hadronic matrix elements and provide a systematic and consistent approach to calculate the 1/m Q corrections. The HQEFT has well been applied to the heavy to heavy meson decays [12,13,14,15,16] up to 1/m 2 Q corrections, and also extended to the heavy to light decays [18,19,20,21] including the 1/m Q corrections for B → πeν decay [22] and B → ρeν decay [23]. Some interesting relations have been shown to hold for the whole region of momentum transfer at the leading order of 1/m Q expansion [21].…”

“…HQEFT has been applied to explore various processes of heavy hadrons. In particular, the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa (CKM) matrix elements |V cb | and |V ub | are extracted from both inclusive [20][21][22][23] and exclusive [17,[24][25][26][27][28][29] B decays. In the treatment of inclusive B decays, the dressed heavy quark mass mQ = m Q + Λ as a whole enters the formulation, which implies that a "dressed heavy quark"-hadron duality is more reasonable than the naive heavy quark-hadron duality.…”
