“…A recent study by Gehan et al [34] stated the significant effect of mirror therapy on motor function of the upper extremity and affirmed the importance of unimanual activities. Thieme et al [8,14] and Christina et al [19] reported both bimanual and unimanual mirror therapy as an effective intervention for the upper limp recovery and functionality in activities of daily living of chronic stroke cases in neurologic rehabilitation. Thus, in the light of our outcomes, we may suggest unimanual activities to be included into the mirror therapy regimes in addition to bilateral activities to improve the function of the affected hands.…”
