Abstract: Abstract The dispersions of both reactive and nonreactive polymer‐polymer blend systems achieved in three different mixers are compared. The dispersions are prepared using an industrial scale twin‐screw extruder, a laboratory internal mixer, and a miniature cup and rotor mixer.
