Migraine Angiitis Precipitated by Sex Headache and Leading to Watershed Infarction

Cole et al recently reported cerebral arterial biopsy findings of vessel wall necrosis with subacute inflammatory changes in two patients with a history of migraine who presented with features in keeping with isolated benign angiitis of the CNS (16). No leptomeningeal/cerebral biopsy was performed in our patient.…”
