Our study population is similar to those reported in other studies (Eavey, 1995;Gorlin et al, 2001;Wan et al, 2003), with a male to female ratio of approximately 3:2 and a greater preponderance of rightsided facial involvement compared with the left. We acknowledge that this study population may not reflect the clinical characteristics of all individuals who are considered to have a clinical diagnosis of CFM.…”
