Métastase pancréatique métachrone du cancer du rein : A propos d’un cas

Abstract: RésuméLes métastases pancréatiques du cancer du rein sont rares et surviennent le plus souvent plusieurs années après la néphrectomie. Le traitement chirurgical est souvent possible, permettant une bonne survie à distance. Nous rapportons le cas d'une métastase pancréatique métachrone d'un carcinome rénal à cellules claires 16 ans après la néphrectomie.
