“…The observed biphasic response supports the assumption that social context during drug administration significantly affects the experience derived from drug seeking. Furthermore, comparing to available literature that clearly indicates that MDMA increases prosocial behaviour in animals (Ando et al 2006;Morley et al 2005;Procopio-Souza et al 2011;Ramos et al 2013;Ramos et al 2015;Thompson et al 2007), we may derive an assumption that although mephedrone and MDMA share many similarities (Mead and Parrott 2020), these drugs cannot be perceived as analogues in terms of their effects. The reflection of these differences is also observed in humans, as it was reported that although the acute desired effects of mephedrone are often rated to be very similar to those of MDMA (Kapitány-Fövény et al 2013), the acute adverse effects are generally rated more negatively (Matthews et al 2017).…”

Obejmują euforię, zwiększenie rozmowności, energii i aktywności psychoruchowej, bezsenność i przyspieszenie pracy serca [61].…”

Skutkuje to większym stężeniem monamin w przestrzeni synaptycznej: 5-krotny wzrost DA i 10-krotny wzrost 5-HT w mózgach szczurów.…”
