Effect of Ocular Hypotony Secondary to Cyclodialysis Cleft on Corneal Topography

“…Loss of vision induced by maculopathy may become permanent if the condition is undetected and left untreated. 1,3 In both of our patients, the visual acuity could not reach the normal value because of the long-term hypotony maculopathy, but it did improve significantly. There are some reports of significant improvement of visual acuity after successful management and increase in IOP in patients with a several-year history of hypotony maculopathy.…”
