Mechanisms of innate immunity in pathogenesis of psoriasis: approaches to targeted therapy

Abstract: Psoriasis is a chronic auto-inflammatory, genetically determined dermatosis, being multifactorial by origin, characterized by hyperproliferation of epidermis, affected keratinocyte differentiation and inflammatory reaction in dermis.
