Abstract: Since the Brundtland Report (1987), academics and practitioners have been urged to internalize concerns on environmental performance measurement. In healthcare operations, these concerns relate to environmental impact reduction and quality improvements. The study seeks to propose a framework and process that can be used by hospitals to address this issue.
