Abstract: Objetivo: conhecer a percepção dos enfermeiros sobre marketing pessoal e verificar como o utilizam em seu cotidiano de trabalho. Metodologia: estudo exploratório, descritivo, de abordagem qualitativa, que utilizou entrevistas semiestruturadas com 16 enfermeiros, submetidas à Análise de Conteúdo.
