This article begins with the problem of developing strategies for increasing capacity and how to improve the knowledge and awareness of group members to increase the productivity of joint business balance. The implementation of the activity has taken place in stages, starting with lectures and open discussions with all members of the collaborative business group and field agricultural extension officers. Based on the results of the activities that have been carried out, the joint business group institutional development training, namely the application of concepts and techniques delivered in training, farmer groups cooperate in developing businesses while always following the recommendations of field agricultural extension officers assigned to each village in North Moramo district. To the village, sub-district, community, and provincial governments to always listen and pay attention to the needs in the context of developing the institutions of the joint business groups in each village, especially those in each town. And to the field agricultural extension officers to continue to establish a joint business group in increasing its institutional capacity. The main contribution to be achieved and expected in this activity is to make a positive contribution, especially in enriching the insights of the members of the joint business group and the agricultural extension officers of the field.

This research aimed to develop the indicators of Healthy Public Health Centers in the archipelago region of South Sulawesi. This research was conducted by applying qualitative method through a literature review approach related to the construction of indicators for the model of a Healthy Public Health Center in the archipelago region. The informants involved in this study were from Health Department, Public Health Center, Social Service, Environment Service, Tourism Office, Fisheries and Marine Service, the Head of Sub- District, Sub-Village/lurah, Healthy Regency/City Forum, Healthy Sub-District Communication Forum, Working Groups at the village level, NGOs, public figure, religious leaders, academics, and other informants. This research also applied FGD and In-depth Interview. The result of this study is the discovery of dimensions consisting of indicators that make up the model of a Healthy Public Health Center in the archipelago region. The dimensions consisted of (1) Location, (2) Access, (3) Basic service program, (4) a specific program (innovation) (5) Human Resources (HR), (6) Community Empowerment, (7) Public Health Center Working Group (Pokja PKM Sehat) and (8) Archipelago Healthy Public Health Center. This study found a number of indicators of Healthy Health Centers that can be applied specifically to archipelagic areas.

Background: There are several important factors in building community empowerment, one of them is the inter-community relationship. However, further research is rarely done on this dimension. The dimension of the relationship includes community structure, community strength, community motivation, community communication, community integrity, community participation, and community development. Objective: This study aimed to find the best model of the effect of the inter-community relationship on the condition of healthy aisle in Makassar City. Method: This research was conducted in 2 sub-districts in Makassar City, those are Rappocini District and Ujung Tanah District. The research samples involved were 560 households in Lorong. Data analysis was performed using multivariate analysis through the structural equation model (SEM) test. Results: The results of this study found that clear vision (CR = 3.219 and p = 0.01), capacity development (CR = 3.166 and p = 0.02), norms existence (CR = 3.143 and p = 0.02) on inter-community relationship significantly affected the aisle community empowerment. Conclusion: Inter-community relationship is the best model in developing a healthy aisle in Makassar City through solidarity, shared motivation, shared trust, clear vision, resources shares, capacity building, norms in society, government support, and community development. This study recommends that in order to maximize a clear vision for the aisle community working group, the government should carry out legality regarding the aisle community structure.
