Mapeamento Da Cadeia Produtiva Do Cogumelo No Alto Tietê

Abstract: A produção de cogumelos da região do Alto Tietê é representada por mais de 80% de sua produção nacional. Tal fato ocorre pela forte presença de agricultores que compõem o cinturão verde, clima que favorece a produção de cogumelos.
