Abstract: RESUMO -Nos últimos anos, o processo de colheita da cana-de-açúcar vem sendo modificado, passando da tradicional queima do canavial para a colheita da cana-crua, seja por imposições da legislação ou conscientização ambiental e também por pressões da sociedade.
