“…Second, we removed the “TripSplit” step (Lascelles et al., ), as identifying individual foraging trips, especially the short ones, can be virtually impossible with PTT‐Argos‐quality data for Pygoscelis penguins because of the infrequency of observed positions, especially for older datasets.
