Management of Spontaneous and Pruritic Keloids: A Case Report

Abstract: Spontaneous chest wall keloid scars can occur without any history of trauma and are rare. Some keloids present with intense pruritus or paresthesia, prompting patients to seek treatment. Currently, many treatment options are available in medicine.
