Malignant Phyllodes Tumour in a 42 Year Old Mother

Abstract: One among every nine women is diagnosed with breast cancer and it is the second main cause of death by cancer in women. Ductal carcinoma is the most common histopathological type of breast cancer. Phyllodes tumours are rare fibro epithelial lesions and constitute to about 0.3-0.9% among female breast tumours and occur in the 4th decade of life.
