Especially for neonatal outcomes and subgroups not reported in the primary trials, the IPDMA is a valuable addition to the Cochrane meta-analysis.…”

“…This could have been related to use of certain medications such as calcium channel blockers for tocolysis; however, the indication for antihypertensive use was not recorded. 38 Antenatal corticosteroids have been shown to be used more widely in maternal HTN disorders and are independently associated with reduced neonatal mortality. 15,18,39 In this study, we also found a higher rate of antenatal steroid use in maternal HTN disorders.…”
