Spontaneous Closure of Macular Hole Following Rhegmatogenous Macula-Off Retinal Detachment

The present case confirms that spontaneous resolution of a macular hole following rhegmatogenous macula-off retinal detachment can rarely occur [5,6]. The possibility of functional recovery correlated to spontaneous healing of the hole may lead to adopt a more conservative approach [5].…”
