Some cases had generalized lymphadenopathy (axillar, supraclavicular, and retroperitoneal) with constitutional symptoms ( 3 ); pharyngitis/odynophagia/proctitis/tongue soreness ( 4 , 7 ); constitutional symptoms ( 5 , 7 ); tonsillitis ( 6 ); or skin lesions ( 8 ).
