Abstract

Dear reader, After months of intense work and serious dedication, it is a pleasure for our Editorial Board to finally release the first volume of Encuentro Latinoamericano (ELA). We congratulate the effort of the authors included in the first volume. As well, we are deeply thankful with ELA's external reviewers, whose fine judgement and advice reinforced the academic fundaments of the following articles.
