Low‐molecular‐weight heparin versus intravenous immunoglobulin for recurrent abortion associated with antiphospholipid antibody syndrome

Abstract: LMW heparin plus low-dose aspirin resulted in a higher live birth rate than IVIG in the treatment of antiphospholipid antibody syndrome in women with recurrent abortion.
