Анализ хирургического лечения пациентов с лейкоплакией слизистой оболочки рта методом лазерной абляции Д.м.н., проф. в.а. СёМКин, д.м.н. о.Ф. раБинович, к.м.н. а.С. КаСПаров, орд. л.П. агаПитова, асп. а.а. БЕЗруКов центральный научно-исследовательский институт стоматологии и челюстно-лицевой хирургии Минздрава рФ, Москва, россия В статье приведены данные статистики хирургического лечения лейкоплакии методами лазерной абляции за 2014 г. были обследованы и прооперированы 12 пациентов с веррукозной и эрозивной формами лейкоплакии слизистой оболочки рта с использованием диодного лазера. Только у 5 (42%) наблюдался положительный результат, в 7 (58%) случаях отмечался рецидив заболевания, чаще при локализации очага поражения на языке. Нельзя исключить, что рецидив заболевания может быть связан с неполным иссечением очага поражения из-за анатомо-морфологических особенностей слизистой оболочки рта в различных топографических зонах. исследование подчеркивает необходимость поиска современных альтернативных методов хирургического иссечения, одним из которых может быть радиочастотное иссечение. Ключевые слова: заболевания слизистой оболочки, лазерная абляция, лейкоплакия.Analysis of comprehensive treatment of leukoplakia in the department of pathology of the mucous membrane and surgical dentistry. The article presents data statistics of surgical treatment of leukoplakia by laser ablation for 2014 were examined and operated on 12 patients with verrucous and erosive forms of leukoplakia of the oral mucosa using a diode laser. Only 5 (42%) showed positive results in 7 (58%) patients had recurrent disease, often in the localization of the lesion on the tongue. it is possible that relapse may be associated with incomplete excision of the lesion due to anatomical and morphological features of the oral mucosa in various topographical areas. The study emphasizes the need to find alternative methods of modern surgical excision, one of which can be radiofrequency excision.
