Abstract:Plasma cells (PCs) in bone marrow (BM) play an important role in both protective and pathogenic humoral immune responses, e.g., in various malignant and non-malignant diseases such as multiple myeloma (MM), primary and secondary immunodeficiencies and autoimmune diseases.
