As shown using the example of a carbynegraphene nanoelement, the impact of the force field can cause a drop in durability by tens of orders of magnitude. This is a manifestation of the synergy of the temperature and force-field effects on the stability and durability of nanostructures. Approximate analytical dependences are derived, which enable predicting the durability of such two-dimensional nanostructures, in particular, as straintronics elements, with sufficient accuracy. From a theoretical point of view, the proposed approach may be considered as a generalization of the Arrhenius theory of reactions to the case of forcefield action.
