Life-threatening altered mental status secondary to memantine in an adolescent undergoing cranial radiotherapy for medulloblastoma

Abstract: Introduction Memantine is used for neurocognitive protection in patients undergoing cranial radiotherapy for central nervous system tumors and is reported to be well-tolerated.
