Lichen Myxoedematosus of Urticarial Type without Paraproteinaemia

Abstract: A case is presented of lichen myxoedematosus (urticarial type) in a man aged 46, followed for 9 years without having developed extracutaneous manifestations. Some aspects of the classification of cutaneous mucinoses are discussed.
