Abstract: Several weeks after the visit, the visitor received a standard duplicated form, the result of a discharge interview, conducted by someone he had not met. It told him that Brown was to be released and planned to come to X. The words &dquo;Brown&dquo;, and &dquo;X&dquo;, and the date of release were the only words added to the standard form by the interviewer.
