Letter to the Editor: Appropriate timing for the removal of urinary catheter after laparoscopic surgery for benign gynecologic diseases may still be uncertain

Abstract: not be a better choice. By contrast, using the time point either at or within 6 hours after operation may be another option, since it may be associated with a similarly lower risk of UTI but may avoid the risk of POUR. Therefore, we suggest using a much clearer term such as "early", which may be a better choice.
